Updates for iTunes, a popular music player, are available for Mac OS X, and Microsoft Windows 2000 and XP. PLATFORM: Apple iTunes versions prior to 4.8 DAMAGE: A buffer overflow was found in the MPEG4 parsing code that has the potential to cause a denial of service and possibly lead to execution of arbitrary code. SOLUTION: Apply available security updates. ______________________________________________________________________________ VULNERABILITY The risk is LOW.
