PLATFORM: Mac OS X v10.3.9, v10.4.9 Mac OS X Server v10.3.9, v10.4.9 RHEL Desktop Workstation (v. 5 client) RH Enterprise Linux (v. 5 server) RH Enterprise Linux Desktop (v. 5 client) DAMAGE: Would allow a local user to gain system privileges. SOLUTION: Upgrade to the appropriate version. ______________________________________________________________________________ VULNERABILITY The risk is MEDIUM. Some of the vulnerabilities would allow an ASSESSMENT: intruder to gain user privileges by getting the user to open a specially crafted file.
