Hi, I'm Sean Luke, and I'd like everyone to know my secret
for making $1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 in 90 days.  It's
not guaranteed, but everyone who has tried it has succeeded!!!

STEP 1:  Define a vector of size 21, with one digit per
	 vector position.

STEP 2:  Create many thousands of these vectors for an
	 initial population, with random digits in each
	 each vector position.

STEP 3:  Grade each vector on the number of 9's in the vector.

STEP 4:  Breed the best 1000 vectors, adding their children to
	 the population, while killing the worst 1000.

STEP 5:  Repeat steps 3 and 4 as fast as you can for 90 days.

STEP 6:  After 90 days, pick the best vector.  It should be
	 999999999999999999999.  Add 1.  Tack on a $ and
	 intersperse liberally with commas.

STEP 7:  Send obnoxious messages to other USENET groups, in strict
	 violation of internet protocol, about your amazing success.
