Geotraceman Do your own Trace

This form allows you to request Geotraceman to do an on-line trace. If you would like to see the geographical route your packets are taking to reach us here in Perth Western Australia, just enter your site address below.

You can either wait for the results to be displayed, or you can specify that the results be mailed back to you after the trace has completed. If you choose to receive the results via e-mail, please ensure that you leave a valid e-mail address. Note that all results are mailed back as uuencoded gif files of approximately 10K in size.

If the trace is incorrect its because our cache files are not complete, and don't contain and entry for some of the sites touched along the route. This problem will be resolved when network services which provide geographical information are implemented. An example of such a service is an RFC1712 compliant version of BIND 4.93beta which is available for anonymous ftp from this site.
